This year’s Culinary Caper tour features herbs, so in addition to being able to tour lovely homes displaying outstanding kitchens, tour participants will be able to taste samples of recipes that were prepared using herbs.
At one of the homes, Ms. Susan Tyree from Meadowview Growers, Inc. will be sharing her knowledge about and experiences with growing and cooking with herbs. Ms. Tyree has worked with Meadowview Growers for the last five years both as a plant propagation and herb and vegetable specialist. At Meadowview she works behind the scenes most of the year in production, but enjoys the spring season as an opportunity to assist customers. She enjoys spending time in her garden and cooking with herbs, and she is eager to share her experiences with those on the WASSO Culinary Caper tour.
