Kaleidoscope Music Camp

This is a week-long immersion program for young musicians of all skill levels, providing opportunities to learn from professionals from the Springfield Symphony Orchestra and Wittenberg University's Center for Musical Development in private, small group, and orchestra settings. Improvisation classes and Instrument Care workshops round out this opportunity for students to keep up with and enhance their skills over the summer.
The 2006 Kaleidoscope Camp will be held at Wittenberg University from June 26-June 30. The camp culminates in a student/coach recital on June 30 at Grace Lutheran Church. In addition, honor students from the camp will be chosen to perform with the Springfield Symphony Orchestra on July 8 during the Springfield Summer Arts Festival Concert in Veterans Park.
