Order in person:
at the Performing Arts Center Ticket Office, Davidson Grand Lobby, 300 South Fountain Avenue, Springfield; open Tuesday-Friday; 10 am – 6 pm and two hours prior to performances.

Special Needs

We are pleased to serve patrons with special needs. Please let us know when you purchase tickets of any special needs so we may arrange assistance. We offer limited wheelchair seating for all performances, wireless listening-enhancement devices (free of charge, first-come, first-served), and sign interpretation or audio description (with at least two weeks' notice). Parking for persons with disabilities is also available. A passenger loading/unloading area is located off Fountain Avenue, west of the Center.
